After losing my job due to lung-related health issues the week before Covid hit, I spent most of lockdown terrified and struggling financially. I involved myself with representing products that I personally use and love and wanted to share that with more than family and friends. Half of my professional career has been as an Executive Level Administrative Assistant, the other in the food service industry - including my own Personal Chef/Catering business.
